Hi everyone! Tell you a little bit about myself. I'm just a small-town country girl from the hills of West Virginia who loves God, her family, and crocheting!
My love for crocheting started when I was a little girl around the age of 8 or 9. My paternal grandmother got her hooks out one day and taught me how to chain, and I was hooked! She taught me to chain, single crochet, and double crochet. When I wanted to learn more she told me to ask my other grandmother for help because she only knew the basic granny square.
My grandmothers taught me to love the craft! The possibilities are endless when you have a skein of yarn and a hook! When my preteen/teen years hit, I thought it was uncool to crochet. When my niece came along in 2005, I wanted to make her something special. So I picked up my hooks again, and I've never looked back!
I created this blog because Facebook is being silly and I can host giveaways here and not have my account deactivated. So be on the lookout for giveaways and more exciting things to come! ( I will make sure that I post a link to the blog when I have giveaways!)
